Any additional fees must be received within 5 days of tour completion or tour will be removed from server.            If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of tour fee will be retained. If tour is canceled on the day of shoot, full tour fee will be retained. If tour is scheduled and homeowner or representative are not present or property cannot be photographed, full tour fee will be retained. No additional tours will be completed until above fees are paid. Spins will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly to retain tour - contact us for details.
